This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Executive Counselor (EC) acts as a committed senior strategic ally to CHROs and senior HR leaders.
• Establish and nurture trusted connections with a diverse portfolio of senior HR leaders across various industries.
• Assist clients in navigating enterprise-level decisions and crucial moments.
• Create and facilitate impactful strategy sessions (both virtual and onsite) focused on essential HR and organizational topics.
• Ensure that clients fully leverage the benefits of their membership through proactive engagement and alignment with their priorities.
• Collaborate with sales and other internal teams for proactive account management.
• Previous experience as a CHRO or a comparable top HR executive, with direct involvement in board dynamics and CEO interactions.
• Over 20 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to various HR functions.
• Proven experience in advising or influencing senior leaders and executive teams.
• Extensive and in-depth expertise across multiple HR disciplines.
• Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of organizational dynamics.
• Verified experience working directly with members of the C-Suite and Boards of Directors.
