This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a dedicated senior strategic partner for CHROs and senior HR executives.
• Merge firsthand CHRO experience with exclusive research, diagnostics, and benchmarking data.
• Assist clients in mitigating risks associated with critical people decisions and enhance HR’s strategic role at the executive level.
• Ensure that McLean membership is fully leveraged in addressing pressing enterprise challenges.
• Offer continuous strategic advisory support through both regularly scheduled and on-demand engagements.
• Assess client needs and create prioritized resource plans for HR strategy.
• Steer clients through enterprise-level decisions, including organizational restructuring, leadership succession, and large-scale transformations.
• Create and facilitate high-impact strategy sessions on essential HR and organizational topics.
• Engage throughout the entire client lifecycle, including onboarding and ongoing engagement.
• Previous experience as a CHRO or a comparable top HR executive with direct involvement in board dynamics and CEO relationships.
• Over 20 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to various HR functions.
• Proven track record of advising or influencing senior leaders and executive teams.
• Extensive and comprehensive expertise across multiple HR disciplines.
• Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of organizational dynamics.
• Established experience working directly with members of the C-Suite and Boards of Directors.
