HPLC Curriculum Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Creates and develops educational solutions for instructor-led training, virtual training, and online eLearning utilizing instructional design principles.

• Works collaboratively with a diverse team of specialists to determine suitable curriculum and course content.

• Follows training development standards, guidelines, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.

• Maintains a high level of technical proficiency in HPLC and analytical chemistry methodologies.

• Manages projects related to the development of educational products in conjunction with vendors and consultants.

• Aids in the rollout of courses to local delivery organizations, ensuring a smooth transition from design to implementation.

• Leads and engages in various initiatives to enhance the development and delivery aspects of the customer education business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in a pertinent field, such as analytical chemistry.

• Over 8 years of relevant professional experience, including specific work in or around regulated laboratory environments.

• Strong working knowledge of the Agilent OpenLab CDS software platform.

• Proficiency in the operation, maintenance, and chromatographic techniques of Agilent HPLC instruments, including method workflows and development.

• Hands-on experience with Agilent HPLC troubleshooting and maintenance.

• Exceptional English writing and communication skills.
