This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Respond to incoming inquiries from clients through phone, email, and chat.
β’ Promote products while ensuring customer satisfaction is met or surpassed.
β’ Diagnose the root cause of inquiries and uphold necessary product knowledge.
β’ Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or a call center environment.
β’ Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or French is an advantage.
β’ Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
β’ Must be available to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday.
