This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.
• Oversee staff and manage the preparation of various food items at the Café and Restaurant.
• Ensure cleanliness in serving and dining areas.
• Deliver exceptional service to guests.
• Train designated employees under the direct guidance of the Restaurant Manager.
• Manage and uphold adequate stock levels for all retail merchandise.
• Supervise associate records and maintain uniform standards.
• Address guest issues and complaints effectively.
• Display all retail signage and keep menu boards current.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with reports and monitor product movement.
• Execute a variety of restaurant tasks including serving, cleaning, cashiering, dishwashing, food preparation, cooking, and more.
• Oversee and serve food service lines during peak periods.
• Complete food orders and support safety initiatives.
• Adhere to relevant regulations and enhance service quality.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of proven supervisory experience managing at least five (5) individuals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• ServSafe certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years.
