This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Effectively convey product information through engaging, relevant, and tailored discussions with customers.
• Participate in knowledgeable product conversations with healthcare provider clients.
• Act as the primary contact for customers within designated accounts.
• Meet with key customers and personnel to gain insights into practice structures, business models, influencers, regulations, network frameworks, and customer requirements.
• Identify potential business opportunities within customer accounts.
• Collaborate with customer teams to formulate strategies and potential offerings.
• Work alongside National Account Executives to facilitate Managed Care implementation.
• Share insights and best practices learned from customers across accounts.
• Concentrate on enhancing health outcomes and improving the experiences of healthcare providers and patients.
• Contribute to decisions regarding resource allocation.
• Select and execute approved programs, services, resources, and messaging to meet customer and company needs.
• Work in partnership with Solutions, Medical Account Executives, and extended customer teams to create and deliver pertinent offerings.
• Maintain and disseminate up-to-date knowledge of accounts and networks to stakeholders.
• Communicate across divisions and functions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Raise awareness of approved Inpatient Hospital Letters of Participation with eligible customers and discuss the specifics of approved contracts.
• Influence beyond the defined geography or product category.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years (36 months) of sales experience, or a high school diploma with at least 6 years of equivalent experience.
• At least 3–5 years of experience directly engaging with or selling to Integrated Delivery Networks within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Previous experience in a scientific field or healthcare setting.
• Prior sales experience is required.
• Proven track record in developing new business opportunities with existing customers.
• Experience in establishing new customer relationships.
• Familiarity with company products and therapeutic areas.
• Consistently strong performance across most competency areas.
• A valid driver's license is necessary.
• The selected candidate must reside within the Reading, PA territory.
• Willingness to travel; overnight travel may be necessary.
• Preferred: experience in consulting or customer service roles.
• Preferred: experience in creating and implementing customer engagement plans.
• Preferred: familiarity with Headquarters operations.
• Preferred: ability to analyze metrics against set objectives.
