• Proficiency in English is crucial for effective communication with clients and colleagues.

• Ability to provide both physical and emotional support to the elderly and disabled, necessitating a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.

• Ideal candidates will demonstrate independence, organization, assertiveness, adaptability, and collaboration in fulfilling job duties.

• A valid Hawaii driver's license and dependable transportation are required for travel to various work locations.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications are essential.

• Nurse Aide certification is required.

• A minimum of 6 months of healthcare experience is needed, with prior home care experience considered a plus.
