This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Deliver instruction, support, and guidance while managing the learning process to cater to students' individual needs.
• Collaborate actively with students and parents to enhance each student's educational journey.
• Create compliant Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), progress reports, and other state-specific special education documentation as required.
• Facilitate and lead collaborative meetings related to special education.
• Bachelor's degree AND an active state teaching license AND the ability to pass the required background check.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with fellow educators.
• Open to receiving regular coaching from administrators.
• Ability to adapt to change and embrace new strategies to ensure outstanding student outcomes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to fulfill essential job duties.
• Independent work capability is required, typically involving 40+ hours per week.
• Must maintain a professional home office free from distractions during work hours.
• Commitment to personalizing learning experiences for every student.
