This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Certified Teachers will oversee instructional programs in a virtual setting.
• Engage in regular consultations with learning coaches and students.
• Complete grading, generate progress reports, and conduct parent conferences promptly.
• Enhance the instructional program through asynchronous web conferencing sessions and synchronous instruction.
• Evaluate the curriculum and develop alternative methods for lesson presentation to enhance student comprehension.
• Maintain consistent communication with parents, students, and fellow teachers to formulate and update Personal Learning Plans.
• Assess student performance, offer constructive feedback on assignments, and recommend instructional strategies and approaches.
• Supervise assignment completion and guide special projects.
• Collaborate effectively with other educators.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the entire K-12 curriculum offered by the program.
• Assist students and parents with alternative strategies and provide additional support for daily tasks and projects.
• Ensure that student records and data are consistently updated, including cumulative files.
• Consult with fellow educators and staff learning specialists.
• Coordinate social events and relevant field trips in conjunction with other teachers.
• Oversee regional field trips.
• Innovate and implement virtual strategies to foster a school community.
• Participate in the organization and administration of State Testing as assigned.
• Attend field trips and community activities organized for families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must reside in Arkansas or be within 300 miles of Bentonville, AR.
• Highly qualified and certified to teach Secondary Math in Arkansas, relevant to grade level and content area responsibilities.
• Proficient technology skills, particularly with Microsoft OS, MS Office applications, and Google Suite.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-focused approach.
• High level of flexibility.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record of being a team player.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for marketing and state testing events, which may require overnight stays.
• Capability to work remotely.
• Availability to work some evenings as necessary to support families.
• Must possess a personal electronic device and an email account for two-step authentication.
