This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide virtual assistance to students and parents/learning coaches regarding course selection and scheduling.
• Offer guidance to students and families on academic matters, career planning, and graduation processes.
• Stay updated on all high school graduation requirements and communicate this information effectively.
• Aid students and parents in the secondary school course selection process.
• Counsel students on matters concerning course drops and schedule changes.
• Review student transcripts to ensure their accuracy in the online transcript system.
• Collaborate with administrative assistants to gather and send school records when necessary.
• Coordinate a team of educators to identify at-risk or crisis-affected students.
• Serve as the primary contact for these students and their families.
• Oversee and maintain the Personal Learning Plan (PLP) for each student.
• Assist families during the school withdrawal process.
• Report and refer critical incidents pertaining to student well-being.
• Work alongside the Curriculum Team to meet state requirements.
• Inform students and parents about college admissions and financial aid opportunities.
• Facilitate professional development for teachers and school staff.
• Take on teaching and grading responsibilities as needed.
• Must live within the state of Arkansas or be located within 300 miles of Bentonville, AR.
• Hold an Arkansas certification in School Counseling.
• Possess strong technology skills, particularly with Microsoft Office products.
• Demonstrate excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach.
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Display a high degree of flexibility.
• Be a team player with proven leadership skills.
• Show the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for marketing and state testing events, which may involve overnight stays.
• Be capable of using a personal electronic device and an email address for two-step authentication.
• Arkansas certification in School Counseling.
• Strong technology skills, especially with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• High degree of flexibility.
• Team player with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for marketing and state testing events (may require occasional overnight travel).
