Enrollment Counselor – Global Online Enrollment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Assist prospective adult students in navigating the University’s admissions process utilizing counseling, sales, and interpersonal skills, along with effective follow-up.

• Meet and surpass monthly enrollment targets.

• Approach prospective students as clients, addressing their inquiries regarding educational desires or requirements at Colorado Christian University.

• Make and receive calls from students or their family members seeking information about educational programs.

• Consistently assess and communicate student recruitment activities (including inbound and outbound calls/emails/task management within CRM) to leadership on a daily and weekly basis.

• Collaborate effectively and positively with other CAGS staff and faculty to foster and maintain productive working relationships within the University community.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years of experience in college/university admissions, sales, public relations, corporate development, marketing, or a related field.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

• Availability to work daily from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Mountain Time and one Saturday shift every six weeks.

• Proven track record of meeting enrollment objectives and employing effective educational enrollment strategies; experience in inbound/outbound tele-sales is preferred.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, highly organized, with a proven ability to manage time efficiently across multiple priorities.

• Demonstrated capability to work effectively both as a team member and as an individual contributor.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

• Experience with admissions software and contact management systems is preferred.
