This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily supervision, direction, and guidance for contract personnel tasked with remote-access user support and training.
• Organize, direct, and monitor the activities of skilled personnel.
• Plan personnel rotations to guarantee efficient and effective helpdesk coverage and support operations.
• Collaborate with the government lead and assist contract personnel providing remote-access user support and training.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.
• Clearance: Secret or higher is required.
• At least five (5) years of DoD experience within the last ten (10) years supporting and managing large, complex program management for DoD customers using Oracle Federal Financials.
• Experience as a project/team lead or possess Agile certification to ensure effective coordination with the government lead.
• Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in the past ten (10) years directly supporting DAI financial and accounting operations.
• Preferred experience with DAI modules, including Budget to Report, Cost Accounting, Procure to Pay, Oracle Time and Labor, OAS, and Order to Cash.
• At least 1 year of experience with AI tools and integration.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and problem-solving.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
