Healthcare Consulting Associate – Revenue Cycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with project team members and client stakeholders to create and execute effective solutions.

• Utilize critical thinking abilities in both data gathering and intricate analysis.

• Clearly summarize information and present findings and recommendations to various levels of leadership at Huron and the client.

• Provide direct oversight to junior project team members, including coaching, mentorship, team leadership, and offering feedback through performance management.

• Deliver solutions customized to meet each client’s distinct requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project implementation or process improvement within a team-oriented environment, preferably in healthcare consulting.

• Experience leading and supporting initiatives related to hospital or physician revenue cycles.

• Ability to manage project work plans and deliverables for consulting engagements.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• US Work Authorization is required.
