β’ Examine and categorize issues relating to benefits, eligibility, claims, prior authorization, billing codes, and payment responsibilities.
β’ Support the user by advancing cases with determination, providing clear escalation paths, and ensuring thorough documentation.
β’ Effectively communicate with users by managing expectations, sharing updates, and clarifying options in straightforward language.

β’ Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to transform real case patterns into product enhancements and improved automation.
β’ You have personally navigated a complex healthcare or insurance scenario β whether for yourself, a family member, or a partner β and understand the experience of being on hold, deciphering an Explanation of Benefits (EOB), or contesting a denied claim.
β’ You are comfortable with reading and interpreting EOBs, or eager to learn quickly β a bonus if you've previously navigated one for someone you care about.
β’ You possess a strong intuition for problem-solving in uncertain situations β often, there is no existing playbook for what you'll encounter, and you'll need to determine the appropriate next steps independently.
