This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement Strategic Account Plans for Private Equity/IDNs/Top LUGPAs, establishing engagement points and actions with relevant stakeholders to map organizational interests and hierarchy.
• Eliminate obstacles within Private Equity/IDNs/Large LUGPAs/VA/DoD to stimulate demand.
• Facilitate strategic interactions between the CG Oncology Executive Leadership Team/Senior stakeholders and key Private Equity/IDNs/Large LUGPAs/VA/DoD stakeholders.
• Oversee extensive geographies, pinpoint opportunities, and analyze evolving trends across Private Equity/IDNs/Large LUGPAs/VA/DoD that align with the objectives of the YOLO Launch Strategic Imperatives.
• Synchronize Private Equity/IDNs/Large LUGPAs/VA/DoD with Local Market Strategy & Leadership.
• Ensure alignment between the Health Systems Director and other field functions.
• Focus on long-term strategies and align the goals of the PEs/IDNs/Large LUGPAs with CG Oncology's objectives.
• Lead, mobilize, and establish regular strategic account planning market meetings with relevant stakeholders.
• Consistently communicate ongoing successes, opportunities, and identify new, unique, and profitable business avenues.
• Ensure collaboration and partnership with field leadership, market access, marketing, and operations to guarantee a best-in-class launch.
• Provide insights regarding trends and market observations, risks, and opportunities for success.
• Inform and influence key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Create customer-specific strategies, roadmaps, segmentation, and account plans for all targeted accounts.
• Establish and sustain strong, long-term customer relationships/partnerships that advance key initiatives related to our growth and success.
• Collaborate with field teams (KAMs, FRM’s, Market Access, Medical Affairs, etc.) to track the market landscape, identify key trends and barriers, and partner with colleagues to address them.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of demonstrated commercial experience within the biopharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years of documented success with IDNs, payers, key care sites, healthcare, private equity organizations, large group accounts, and/or national/regional hospital systems.
• At least 5 years in Uro-Oncology, Urology, or a specialty sales position.
• MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge and proven success in hospital sales and national/regional systems is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of hospital systems, large group practices, medical policies, pathways, protocols, and the buy and bill process is required.
• Strong grasp of health system decision-making processes.
• Documented access to relevant stakeholders in targeted accounts is preferred.
• Experience or proven capability in negotiating with and selling to top senior decision-makers is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in cultivating and maintaining direct relationships with key payers, IDNs, and stakeholders, as well as establishing patient and HCP pull-through support programs.
• Proven ability to define and articulate product value propositions.
