This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

β’ A current, unrestricted full registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN), or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
β’ Proven capability to instruct adult learners, evidenced by completion of a Provincial Instructor Diploma or equivalent education, or previous teaching experience backed by satisfactory references, performance evaluations, and/or student course evaluations.
β’ At least two years of full-time nursing experience in Canada (1 year = 1,400 hours), with a solid understanding of the Canadian health care system, the responsibilities of healthcare team members, and current policies and procedures in residential and community care environments.
β’ Nursing experience must encompass:
β’ - Working with older adults who have complex health needs.
β’ - Experience or orientation (e.g., shadow shifts) in home support and multi-level/complex care.
β’ Prior experience teaching and/or learning in an online setting; familiarity with Moodle as a learning management system is preferred.
