📋 Description

• In the role of Director of Nursing at Brookdale, you will leverage your leadership skills to motivate, guide, and oversee the clinical team's operations, ensuring the delivery of the highest standard of care and services to our residents.

• You will take the initiative to establish strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate outstanding personalized care.

• You will continually collaborate with community leaders, mentor and engage your team members, and enhance resident and family satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education necessary to secure a state nursing license along with a valid state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required, with a preference for those with clinical leadership experience.

• Proficient knowledge of technology, including a strong command of the Microsoft Office suite and electronic documentation systems.
