Headhunter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage comprehensive headhunting activities, which encompass market analysis, candidate sourcing and direct outreach, conducting interviews along with both technical and behavioral evaluations, preparing candidate summaries, negotiating offers, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a headhunter in agencies that focus on middle management and executive placements.

• Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS software (mandatory).

• Proficient in English is preferred.

• Knowledge of AI tools is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
