Head Trainer – Cyber Security, PenTesting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will lead our year-long online course, imparting expertise in cyber security (weekdays 09:00–13:00), utilizing CompTIA learning platforms such as CertMaster Learn, Labs, and Practice.

• Alongside teaching assistants, you will oversee the practical project work of our course participants.

• You will prepare participants for the exams required for their respective CompTIA certifications.

• Collaboratively, you will enhance our teaching materials and streamline the use of our learning environment.

• Incorporate the latest advancements in technology and pedagogy into our instructional strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in cyber security, with a solid understanding of penetration testing.

• Strong familiarity with Linux and networking technologies.

• Experience as an educator or possession of a trainer certification (Ausbilderschein) is advantageous.

• Ideally, you hold or have equivalent certifications such as CompTIA Security+ and CompTIA PenTest+.

• You excel at communicating with individuals from various backgrounds.

• You possess the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.

• You are a positive and energetic individual who enjoys sharing knowledge and can envision working with career changers.

• Experience with the following or similar certifications is a plus: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Linux+, CompTIA PenTest+, IHK Cyber Security Advisor.
