Head of Performance Creative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and cultivate the development of Creative Pod Managers.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to your Pod Managers regarding creative strategy and team management.

• Establish clear standards, scorecards, and expectations for pod performance, quality, and client communication.

• Recruit and onboard new Pod Managers as the team expands.

• Assist them in nurturing their own individual contributors and managing efficient, high-output pods.

• Fully engage when a Pod Manager is unavailable, taking charge of client strategy, internal coordination, and delivery without interruption.

• Maintain ownership of the creative strategy playbook.

• Regularly assess pod-level performance to identify risks early and amplify successful strategies.

• Intervene in key accounts, escalations, or underperforming pods when adjustments are necessary.

• Transform creative successes into repeatable frameworks that the entire team can implement.

• You will be responsible for the core metrics of the Creative Service Line: client retention, growth in ad spend driven by creative performance, timely delivery, and Creative Service Margin.

• Develop and consistently enhance workflows, quality standards, and operational frameworks that ensure the service line remains swift, consistent, and profitable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in senior creative leadership within an advertising creative agency.

• Profound knowledge in paid social creative strategy, particularly on Meta, for direct-to-consumer and eCommerce brands.

• Proven success in managing and developing leaders, not just individual contributors.

• Strong understanding of agency operations, delivery, and margin management.

• Exceptional coaching, communication, and decision-making abilities.

• A performance-oriented mindset combined with genuine business acumen.
