Head of IP Licensing, China Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Facilitate connections between leading game developers in China and significant global IP collaboration opportunities.

• Establish a network of premier Chinese developers, categorized by game genre and demographics, to foster partnerships for licensing global IP collaborators.

• Analyze partner IPs to formulate business strategies, negotiate with developers, and drive the agreement signing process.

• Maintain close relationships with potential partners, leveraging both internal and external resources to advance cooperation.

• Develop enduring relationships with developers while identifying further collaboration opportunities.

• Consistently track trends in the global gaming industry and prepare comprehensive market analysis reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in inbound sales with a robust comprehension of the gaming sector.

• Proficient in Chinese and capable of conducting business in English.

• Significant experience in sales, with a record of achieving deals that generate inbound revenue in the gaming industry.

• Ability to motivate a sales team towards achieving revenue objectives.

• Enthusiasm for and thorough understanding of the Chinese mobile gaming market, along with an extensive network of top developers.

• Native-level fluency in Chinese, with strong spoken and written English skills.

• Self-driven and skilled in problem-solving; capable of quick learning and thriving in a fast-paced, KPI-oriented environment.
