This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead the capital raising efforts for the Xsolla Credit Fund from limited partners (LPs).
β’ Engage with current LP relationships and cultivate new connections with family offices, credit and alternative allocators, funds of funds, and institutions.
β’ Act as the fund's representative with key decision-makers and investment committees.
β’ Identify, assess, prioritize, and nurture investor relationships through due diligence, negotiation, commitment, and ongoing engagement post-commitment.
β’ Facilitate investor follow-through from initial contact to finalized commitment.
β’ Create outreach materials for investors and manage follow-up communications; keep track of meeting notes, next steps, and commitments.
β’ Maintain reporting on the CRM pipeline, including status updates, activities, outcomes, obstacles, priorities, conversion rates, aging of stages, and forthcoming actions.
β’ Provide consistent updates on fund progress to Xsolla leadership via Slack and other internal communication tools.
β’ Assist in enhancing pitch decks, FAQs, data rooms, and tailored talking points for meetings.
β’ Fine-tune LP messaging, fund thesis, objection management, and investor categorization.
β’ Compose high-quality institutional emails, follow-ups, and presentation content for investors.
β’ Coordinate LP due diligence requests across various internal teams, advisors, legal, finance, and leadership.
β’ Aid in fund establishment, data room preparation, reporting readiness, and document management workflows.
β’ Consolidate investor feedback regarding fund terms, structure, risk-return profile, reporting, and allocation preferences.
β’ Assist with fundraising for additional Xsolla investment products and strategic initiatives as capacity allows.
β’ Over 7 years of experience in investor relations, placements, private funds, investment banking, private credit, venture capital, private equity, family office, or institutional fundraising.
β’ A well-established, referenceable LP network among family offices, credit and alternative allocators, funds of funds, or institutions.
β’ Proven history of raising institutional capital successfully.
β’ In-depth understanding of LP fundraising mechanics, fund materials, diligence procedures, investor categorization, and the private fund lifecycle.
β’ Direct experience with private credit or first-time fund raises is highly advantageous.
β’ Proficient in business English.
β’ Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets, CRM systems, tracking, reporting, and project management.
β’ Capability to manage multiple concurrent investor conversations.
β’ Credibility to engage with principals, investment committees, and senior allocators as an equal.
β’ Sound judgment and discretion when dealing with sensitive fund and investor information.
β’ A preference for interests in gaming, fintech, private credit, alternative investments, or digital platforms.
β’ A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a similar field is preferred.
β’ CFA / CAIA or relevant securities licenses are considered favorable but not mandatory.
