This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee the comprehensive investor relations strategy for the company.
• Craft and convey the company's equity narrative, financial framework, and long-term growth story.
• Establish and nurture relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts.
• Provide guidance to senior leadership regarding investor sentiment, market trends, and valuation positioning.
• Lead the preparation of quarterly earnings documents, which include press releases, investor presentations, scripts, and Q&A materials.
• Manage quarterly investor calls and the overall investor communications schedule.
• Ensure uniformity and precision across all external financial communications.
• Supervise investor presentations, conference materials, and roadshow content.
• Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and non-deal roadshow activities.
• Oversee outreach to both current and potential investors.
• Monitor the shareholder base and assist in developing a long-term shareholder targeting strategy.
• Represent the company in meetings with investors when necessary.
• Keep track of analyst models, estimates, and market expectations.
• Observe peer performance, valuation benchmarks, and industry trends.
• Provide leadership with actionable insights based on investor feedback and market perception.
• Analyze trading activity and shareholder composition.
• Support the creation of investor materials and messaging.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership for disclosure alignment.
• Establish best practices for investor communications within a public company setting.
• Assist in developing the long-term investor engagement strategy.
• Align financial messaging with FP&A and Accounting reporting.
• Work with Marketing and Legal to ensure consistent public messaging.
• Support Board reporting on investor sentiment, market positioning, and shareholder dynamics.
• Report directly to the CFO and collaborate closely with the CEO, CBO, and CLO.
• 10–15+ years of experience in investor relations and/or equity research.
• Preferred experience in a public company or a late-stage/high-growth pre-IPO environment.
• Strong comprehension of financial statements, valuation, and capital market dynamics.
• Proven experience in communicating with institutional investors and research analysts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA and/or CFA designation preferred.
• Strategic thinking capability and sound capital markets judgment.
• Established credibility with institutional investors and analysts.
• Strong executive presence along with effective communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
