• Lead the recruitment efforts for internal roles at ScaleSource.
• Take ownership of the entire process, from job posting to candidate selection.
• Craft and enhance job descriptions.
• Develop role-specific screening questions.
• Create scorecards and criteria for candidate evaluation.
• Assess applications for quality beyond mere keywords.
• Design interview processes that effectively evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Experiment with new sourcing strategies.
• Enhance communication with candidates.
• Quickly filter out candidates who are not a good fit.
• Keep highly qualified candidates engaged throughout the process.
• Assist hiring managers in making informed decisions.
• Establish reusable and improvable recruiting systems.
• Enhance every aspect of the applicant journey.
• Proven experience in recruiting remote or international talent.
• Track record of hiring for 6 or more roles simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting across three or more countries.
• Skilled in developing structured recruiting processes.
• Experience in creating scorecards, screening questions, or interview rubrics.
• Experience leading recruiters or conducting audits on recruiting quality.
• Proven ability to enhance the candidate experience.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, particularly Workable.
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies that go beyond merely waiting for applicants.
• Excellent proficiency in written English.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with candidates.
• Comfortable utilizing AI and automation tools to enhance the recruiting process.
• $1,250 for the first 90 days.
• After the initial 90 days, compensation increases to **$1,500/month USD**, contingent on strong performance, good cultural fit, and clear ownership of the recruiting function.
• $500 bonus for each internal ScaleSource hire who remains with the company for 6 months or longer.
• Significant bonus potential for individuals who can consistently assist in finding, filtering, and selecting the right candidates.
• 2-3 paid international travel opportunities each year.
