📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the operating model for the development and launch of insurance products.

• Create scalable and repeatable processes that facilitate efficient execution across various teams.

• Ensure disciplined adherence to timelines, dependencies, and readiness for launch.

• Act as the main point of coordination with underwriters regarding product scope, requirements, and timelines.

• Develop and uphold clear documentation and operational standards.

• Design and execute a structured quality assurance framework for insurance products.

• Identify operational gaps, mitigate risks, and consistently improve systems and workflows.

• Over 10 years of experience in the insurance sector, particularly in travel insurance.

• Demonstrated leadership in establishing and expanding operational functions or programs.

• Strong capabilities in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.

• Proven experience collaborating closely with underwriters and external partners.

• Highly organized thinker with robust operational and program management skills.
