📋 Description

• Oversee the entire Education Excellence team.

• Establish the strategic vision for educational quality across all locations.

• Develop a framework that empowers ECDs to lead with precision.

• Ensure compliance with all Boundless policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with ECDs to address escalated family issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in educational leadership.

• Proven experience in leading educational organizations in various countries.

• Experience in building or scaling instructional coaching systems across multiple locations.

• Strong expertise in project-based and experiential learning methodologies.

• Experience in managing performance at the leadership level.
