📋 Description

• Take charge of Sumsub’s online vision as the Web Design Team Lead.

• Advocate for the creative vision and strategic direction of Sumsub's digital presence.

• Motivate and guide the Web Design team, establishing high-quality performance standards.

• Develop and implement a thorough web design strategy.

• Utilize analytics and user feedback to enhance the website for growth opportunities.

• Serve as the liaison between the design team and Web Developers.

• Create and maintain the Web Design System.

• Effectively communicate the reasoning behind web design choices to stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience focused on web design.

• More than 2 years of leadership experience in a Web Design team.

• Profound understanding of web fundamentals (HTML/CSS).

• Expert-level skills in Figma, particularly in developing and managing intricate component libraries.

• Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or VWO for validating design decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, UI/UX, or a related discipline—or equivalent professional experience.

• Fluent in English (C1 level or above).
