Head of Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the design aspects of the mobile application, employer web portal, and internal administrative tools.

• Develop and uphold our design system and visual aesthetics.

• Lead design efforts for innovative projects, such as an AI financial assistant, card offerings, lending solutions, and personal finance management tools.

• Oversee marketing materials, brand development, and motion graphics while managing freelance contributors.

• Work closely with Product and Go-To-Market teams to convert loosely defined requirements into user-friendly features.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and launching intricate mobile applications within the fintech industry.

• You are a proactive leader who stays ahead of design trends and excels at tackling complex UX problems.

• Proficient in Figma and Claude Design; experienced in directing motion design projects.

• You take initiative in defining requirements through design thinking, striving for the optimal version of every asset.
