Head of Data Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee the BI and Analytics strategy, ensuring that data infrastructure and analysis directly facilitate business growth.

• Collaborate as a high-level partner with the executive team and Finance, converting complex data into strategies that drive revenue.

• Act as the primary liaison for external stakeholders and investors concerning data performance, accuracy, and accessibility.

• Ensure the utmost accuracy of the data warehouse and dashboards to maintain a "single version of the truth" for company governance.

• Lead and mentor the analytics team to guarantee excellence in dashboard creation and reporting.

• Discover opportunities to incorporate intelligent solutions into workflows, transforming intricate manual processes into scalable, automated systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience at a Director level in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.

• Strong business insight with the capability to comprehend and enhance Adtech monetization strategies.

• Proficient in SQL and data warehousing technologies, with practical experience in column-oriented databases.

• Familiarity with contemporary BI tools such as Lightdash, Grafana, or Superset is advantageous.

• Experience in designing and evaluating experiments, including A/B tests, switchback tests, and inference-based measurement techniques.

• Interest or practical experience in utilizing Generative AI tools in daily processes to enhance productivity and foster innovation.

• Exceptional communication abilities to connect technical data with executive and financial strategies.

• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, or Business/Finance).
