This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Formulate the strategic vision for the Customer Success team
• Guide a growing team tasked with the support of four SaaS solutions
• Manage the operational aspects of the department, including resource allocation and escalation handling
• Oversee the integration of newly acquired companies as part of acquisition processes
• Accountable for cross-functional projects and transformative initiatives
• Several years of experience in a senior or leadership capacity in Customer Success, Support, or Account Management within a SaaS organization
• Familiarity with the e-commerce landscape
• Demonstrated experience in leading remote teams
• Background in fast-paced scale-up environments
• An entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong execution capabilities and a comprehensive understanding of effective support and customer success methodologies
• Experience with integrations, internationalization, or cross-functional growth initiatives
• Proficient communication skills in both German and English
