Head of Credit Mobility – Competency Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, and expansion of a product suite that allows learners to obtain academic credit for previously acquired competencies.

• Create and manage the operational budget and P&L for the organization, ensuring accountability for financial sustainability.

• Establish and take ownership of the company's strategic plan, which includes the go-to-market strategy, competitive positioning, and growth milestones.

• Formulate and implement a revenue generation strategy for the product suite.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, higher education administration, nonprofit management, or a related discipline.

• More than 8 years of progressively responsible experience in higher education, workforce development, or educational technology environments.

• Proven track record in developing and launching a product, program, or initiative from inception to scale.

• Experience in creating and executing earned revenue or fee-for-service business models within an educational, nonprofit, or workforce setting.

• Established connections with, or recognized credibility among, institutional academic leaders, including registrars, provosts, and transfer offices.
