This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Take full ownership of and scale Cathoven's creator growth initiative from start to finish.
• Manage the content strategy for the creator program, incorporating feedback loops, performance enhancements, hooks, and overall content direction.
• Supervise the workflow covering the sourcing, onboarding, and activation of creators.
• Lead and mentor a team of 6 junior marketing specialists and interns, ensuring alignment with program objectives and consistent execution.
• Develop effective systems to facilitate the structured scaling of the creator program.
• Identify process bottlenecks and continuously enhance workflows over time.
• Directly manage a diverse portfolio of creators across various markets.
• Advise creators on content direction, hooks, formats, and execution standards.
• Closely monitor creator performance to discern effective strategies and areas needing improvement.
• Provide constructive feedback and improvement guidance to underperforming creators, making replacement decisions when necessary.
• Ensure consistent content delivery and improved performance across the creator network.
• Collaborate with content templates, examples, and performance analytics to enhance output quality.
• Help shape content strategy informed by platform performance, audience engagement, and conversion indicators.
• Recognize successful patterns, focus on effective content strategies, and transform insights into repeatable guidelines.
• Contribute to the scaling of Cathoven's creator-led growth engine across various channels and regions.
• Operate with a strong sense of ownership in one of the company's key revenue-generating projects.
• Maintain a hands-on approach and execution focus while balancing strategy, creator management, and operational enhancements.
• Thrive under pressure and sustain momentum in a rapidly evolving environment.
• A minimum of 5 years of substantial hands-on experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, creator operations, growth, or a closely related field, preferably in a startup or fast-paced setting.
• Proven track record of directly managing creators, rather than merely coordinating with them or serving as an intermediary.
• Ability to swiftly adapt to new tools, assess available options, and determine the best solutions to meet the team's needs and workflows.
• Experience in owning a creator or influencer program, campaign, or workflow with clear accountability for outcomes.
• Strong comprehension of short-form content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), creator performance drivers, and strategies for enhancing content quality over time.
• Capability to leverage performance data and sound judgment to make prompt decisions.
• Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment characterized by high ownership and shifting priorities.
