This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Inspire, lead, and manage Account Directors/Managers to optimize growth and surpass revenue goals.
• Foster a high-performance culture through consistent one-on-one and tactical coaching.
• Oversee administrative leadership responsibilities, performance evaluations, and resource allocation.
• Identify skill gaps within the team and collaborate with Sales Enablement for training and development initiatives.
• Promote pipeline development and sales execution for both new business acquisition and retention of existing contracts.
• Formulate and execute the vertical sales strategy in alignment with Equifax's overall commercial strategy.
• Ensure effective and mandatory use of Salesforce across the team.
• Implement Opportunity Hygiene Standards to maintain accurate forecasting, close dates, and weighted values.
• Deliver transparent, data-driven insights regarding team performance and market trends to the Sales Director.
• Proven success in negotiating complex deals with a Total Contract Value (TCV) of £1m or more.
• Experience in managing high-stakes strategic relationships.
• Familiarity with the commercial data industry and its competitive landscape.
• Understanding of market trends and regulatory considerations in the Banking & Financial Services sector.
• Deep knowledge of utilizing Equifax data and technology assets to address operational business challenges.
• Demonstrated accountability and a growth mindset.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with both internal teams and external executive stakeholders.
• Capability to excel in high-pressure environments and lead through uncertainty.
• Proven history of guiding sales teams to outperform, preferably within a Credit Bureau, FinTech, or data-driven organization.
• Skill in maintaining team momentum and retention during complex, long-cycle negotiations in competitive or changing markets.
• Ability to engage at C-suite levels both internally and externally.
• Experience in negotiating and closing mid-to-large complex deals.
• Proficiency in employing strategic selling techniques and consultative sales methods.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and product specialists.
• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant sales experience, including demonstrated industry experience at senior levels (considered a distinguishing factor, not a requirement).
