This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Take ownership of the commercial success of the Art Delivery business on a global scale, focusing on revenue growth, margin objectives, and long-term scalability.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to assess, shape, and finalize new business opportunities, ensuring successful delivery structures.
• Engage in client-facing discussions to establish scope, pricing models, delivery strategies, and potential for long-term partnerships.
• Confirm that signed agreements align with operational capabilities, artistic standards, and strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement a forward-thinking strategy for the art business, encompassing service offerings, capacity planning, and market positioning.
• Identify prospects for new capabilities, delivery models, tools, or geographic expansion.
• Build new teams in emerging growth regions.
• Support, develop, and mentor existing teams.
• Keep abreast of industry trends in game art production, outsourcing, and co-development to guide business decisions.
• Design, organize, and deploy cross-functional delivery teams, alongside the Global Art Director, to efficiently meet client requirements.
• Establish scalable structures, workflows, and resource models in collaboration with production and art/codevelopment leadership.
• Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and accountability within the delivery organization.
• Serve as an escalation point for delivery or resourcing challenges, driving solutions that safeguard client relationships and business success.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with key clients as a business and delivery leader.
• Ensure consistent communication and alignment between internal teams and external partners.
• Represent the Art Services business internally, providing clear updates on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Over 10 years of experience in game industry services, outsourcing, co-development, or similar delivery-focused settings.
• Proven track record in leading business units, service lines, or large operational teams.
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience with deal structuring, pricing, margin management, and contract execution.
• Demonstrated capability to organize, scale, and deploy teams across various projects and clients.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking complemented by hands-on operational execution.
• Superior communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in at least one additional language.
• Experience managing Eastern European teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment with stringent deadlines.
• Familiarity with game development pipelines, from pre-production to post-production.
• A passion for digital art, its creation process, and a desire to share that enthusiasm with others.

• Experience collaborating closely with art, creative, or production leadership in game development.
• Knowledge of 3D art pipelines, asset production workflows, and game development lifecycles.
• Experience supporting AAA and/or large-scale indie game projects.
