This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the complete Amazon business process, including budgeting, P&L management, and strategic growth planning.
• Formulate and execute an ASIN strategy emphasizing category segmentation, lifecycle management, and portfolio optimization.
• Manage product detail pages (PDPs) with optimized content, A/B testing, and conversion tracking.
• Collaborate directly with Amazon teams to resolve operational issues, manage escalations, and secure promotional placements.
• Monitor inventory reports on Seller Central to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
• Work with the supply chain team to anticipate inventory requirements and minimize both overstock and stockout risks.
• Supervise Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM) models for operational efficiency.
• Create and enhance Brandstore and A+ Content, including Premium A+ modules, to boost product visibility and conversion rates.
• Keep the online catalog updated with accurate pricing, images, videos, and enriched brand storytelling.
• Manage customer service operations through Seller Central's communication tools, ensuring swift resolution of customer inquiries and disputes.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and manage reviews to sustain a positive account health rating.
• Organize sales events (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday) and work with internal teams for cohesive messaging and strategies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for ASIN performance, ad spend ROI, and overall account health.
• Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports to executive leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to cultivate a high-performing Amazon team.
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for managing Seller Central and advertising campaigns.
• Ensure adherence to Amazon policies and brand registry protection initiatives.
• Stay updated on new tools and beta opportunities that could benefit the channel.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not mandatory)
• 7+ years of experience in an Amazon-focused role with in-depth knowledge of Seller Central
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to convert data into actionable insights
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting account performance to senior leadership
