Head of AI Solutions – Creative Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Facilitate technical and solution discovery sessions with clients.

• Convert business challenges into technical opportunities while establishing processes, solutions, and criteria for success.

• Architect applications, business logic, user experience (UX), data management, databases, APIs, integrations, artificial intelligence (AI), authentication, automation, cloud solutions, security measures, reporting frameworks, and deployment architectures.

• Rapidly develop minimum viable products (MVPs), internal tools, client portals, web applications, websites, AI-driven experiences, AI agents, API integrations, workflow automations, and proofs of concept.

• Diagnose issues in frontend and backend code, APIs, databases, SQL, authentication processes, architecture, Git, cloud deployments, logs, performance metrics, security protocols, integrations, data problems, and complex bugs.

• Collaborate with marketing strategists, creatives, designers, developers, account teams, and clients to create and showcase technological solutions.

• Analyze and redesign business workflows, pinpoint bottlenecks, devise automation strategies, design data flows, recommend platforms, and develop integrations.

• Determine the most suitable approach for solutions—whether to build, configure, integrate, assign, or outsource—considering factors such as speed, quality, scalability, maintainability, risk, cost, and client value.

• Oversee freelance and contract developers while identifying specialized technical resources.

• Draft technical scopes and requirements, estimate effort, break down solutions into workstreams, assign tasks, review code and architecture, and set standards.

• Supervise technical quality assurance (QA), documentation, deployments, troubleshooting, and contractor accountability.

• Conduct client workshops and sales/discovery meetings, present solutions, clarify architecture, discuss trade-offs, provide estimates, identify risks, and offer guidance to executives.

• Deliver sustainable solutions swiftly while leveraging AI to minimize development time and costs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in solutions architecture, AI-assisted software development, full-stack application development, creative technology, business process design, automation, systems integration, API development, web development, client consulting, technical discovery, product thinking, rapid prototyping, technical project leadership, and management of contractors or development teams.

• Robust technical knowledge to assess architecture and work, troubleshoot intricate issues, and identify incorrect implementations.

• Proficiency in AI development tools like Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, Replit, GitHub AI coding agents, low-code and automation platforms, and emerging AI development technologies.

• Experience or familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, n8n, Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, APIs, and webhooks is highly advantageous.

• Capability to comprehend business processes, map workflows, identify bottlenecks, redesign workflows, and architect automation solutions.

• Aptitude for quickly prototyping applications, integrations, automations, AI-enabled experiences, and proofs of concept.

• Skill in articulating technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and executives.

• Comfort in direct client interactions, leading workshops, participating in sales and discovery meetings, and presenting technical solutions.

• Excellent communication skills and a professional presence.

• Ability to function with incomplete requirements and navigate between strategy and hands-on execution.

• Experience managing contractors and freelance developers, reviewing code and architecture, overseeing QA and deployments, and taking responsibility for outcomes.
