HCM Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Offer functional assistance for Workday HCM and associated modules, such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll.

• Conduct system testing, data loads, organizational maintenance, reporting, and analysis.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system and data issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.

• Assist with security audits, role reviews, access controls, and compliance obligations.

• Keep process documentation up to date and aid in cross-training efforts.

• Collaborate with the HR Experience Team to perform audits, enhance data accuracy, and optimize HR processes.

• Work alongside HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) on reporting, testing, learning initiatives, and HR technology support.

• Recognize opportunities to refine processes, bolster controls, and improve the employee experience.

• Aid HR technology projects, system upgrades, and other assigned priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in supporting and/or administering Workday HCM in a functional-technical capacity.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting HR systems, maintaining data integrity, and assisting with reporting and analytics.

• Preferred experience in supporting various HR functions as an HR Generalist or HRIS professional.

• Familiarity with additional Workday modules, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Payroll, or Benefits.

• Experience with process improvement, automation, testing, or HR technology projects.
