This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Restore and conduct preventative maintenance on properties within designated areas.
• Execute general maintenance repairs, including ceiling tiles, wallboards, millwork, flooring, wallpaper, and restroom fixtures.
• Address water and cosmetic damage, involving minor drywall repairs and painting.
• Perform minor exterior concrete and masonry repairs.
• Carry out electrical repairs, such as replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
• Handle plumbing repairs, which include fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures and components.
• Oversee and promote accountability within the team regarding critical KPIs.
• Operate vehicles safely and utilize field automation systems to efficiently transport materials and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with the team and share information concerning repair and restoration tasks.
• Deliver customer service by resolving complaints and clarifying job specifications.
• Adhere to company procedures and safety protocols, especially for electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of trucks and warehouse facilities.
• Assist with quality control plans and perform inspections to ensure repair compliance and safety.
• Communicate the status of tasks and support internal project communication.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications related to ceiling installations and repairs.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid travel documentation, such as a passport or Real ID.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license in good standing.
• Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations and laws.
• Proficient in technology, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Capability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl regularly.
• Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, and in varying weather conditions.
• Full use of hands, arms, and fingers for handling tools, wiring, and equipment.
• Skilled in operating power tools and hand tools safely and accurately.
• May encounter loud noises, extreme temperatures, dust, fumes, and hazardous materials.
