This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Lead the worldwide Product Development organization by defining its vision, strategy, operational model, and priorities.
• Take ownership of development execution, productization, lifecycle management, and operational performance across the Product Development portfolio.
• Supervise the delivery, maintenance, enhancements, new product introductions, and hot fix management of Tax, Legal & Regulatory products.
• Transition new products, services, tools, and capabilities from Research & Development into production operations.
• Establish governance frameworks, prioritization protocols, and investment strategies that align with business and client value.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure development priorities are in sync with company objectives and client needs.
• Oversee portfolio planning, resource strategies, organizational design, workforce planning, and budget management.
• Establish and track KPIs, operational metrics, and governance processes.
• Propel automation, modern engineering practices, process optimization, and operational excellence.
• Manage development-related business risks, strategic initiatives, product readiness, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
• Represent Product Development in engagements with executives, clients, partners, and strategic stakeholders.
• Enhance organizational capability, succession planning, and talent development.
• Transform approved product strategies and requirements into scalable, supportable, and commercially viable products and services.
• Ensure operational readiness, adoption, supportability, and long-term product success post-General Availability.
• Over 15 years of leadership experience in enterprise software development, product management, technology services, or similar fields.
• Proven track record in leading global, multifunctional teams responsible for strategy, business outcomes, financial performance, and organizational growth.
• Experience in taking enterprise software products and services from conception to commercialization, General Availability, and lifecycle management.
• Background in managing product development portfolios that include regulatory, compliance, enhancement, and new product initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, automation, organizational transformation, and operational excellence in a global setting.
• Executive leadership capabilities across a global product development organization.
• Strong business and financial insight.
• Strategic planning, prioritization, and decision-making skills in complex, matrixed environments.
• Capability to build, lead, and develop high-performing global leadership teams.
• Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of enterprise software product lifecycle management, commercialization, operational readiness, and scalable delivery models.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
