Guidance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Deliver telephonic and chat assistance by performing thorough clinical intakes.

• Conduct assessments for clients and utilize coaching techniques to create customized health strategies.

• Ensure compliance with departmental guidelines and maintain adherence to standards.

• Provide services in a culturally sensitive manner.

• Inform clients about available resources, eligibility requirements, and program offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree or an equivalent postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related discipline.

• Professional bilingual proficiency in both English and Polish is required.

• Required proficiency in Microsoft Office and client information management systems.

• Preferred recognized credentials in health or wellness coaching.

• Experience in multicultural or international settings is preferred.
