GTM Talent Sourcer – Part-time, Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with our Recruiter and hiring managers to establish candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.

• Develop high-quality candidate pipelines for both current and future positions.

• Utilize advanced sourcing technologies, including AI-driven sourcing and talent intelligence tools, to discover and engage qualified candidates.

• Compose thoughtful and personalized outreach messages.

• Assess candidates through initial outreach conversations when necessary.

• Deliver weekly updates regarding pipeline status and response rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of in-house sourcing experience within a B2B SaaS organization.

• Proven track record in sourcing for GTM roles, with experience in technical positions being an advantage.

• Proficient in using contemporary sourcing tools and AI-enhanced talent discovery platforms.

• Demonstrated capability to build robust pipelines without heavy dependence on costly sourcing subscriptions.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Highly self-motivated and adept at working independently.

• Ability to manage multiple searches within a limited number of weekly hours.
