This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the HubSpot marketing automation framework, including nurture workflows, behavioral triggers, lifecycle stage transitions, and the infrastructure for forms and landing pages.
• Develop and manage segmented nurture tracks tailored to different personas (HR leader, CFO, Ops) and industries (restaurant, retail, healthcare), facilitating personalized outreach on a large scale.
• Ensure that all campaign activities within HubSpot are accurately tracked, attributed, and linked to pipeline performance.
• Create and oversee the AI agent framework for content operations, including first-draft blog post creation and content repurposing into advertisements, emails, and one-pagers.
• Design and automate the SEO/AEO keyword intelligence workflow, which involves continuous ranking analysis, competitor content gap assessments, and the generation of automated content briefs.
• Investigate and deploy AI-assisted copy generation for nurture sequences and 1:1 Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, allowing for increased output without the need for additional personnel.
• Manage marketing attribution by standardizing the attribution model across all campaigns and ensuring consistent application.
• Develop the automated weekly performance report, which includes channel performance, MQL volume, cost-per-MQL by source, and pipeline influence, compiled from HubSpot, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms.
• Identify campaign anomalies in real time, such as spending spikes without corresponding pipeline impact or conversion rate declines by segment.
• Oversee the technical SEO tooling layer (currently utilizing Clearscope) and establish a systematic workflow for keyword monitoring and content brief generation.
• Track competitor content changes and organic ranking fluctuations, providing weekly opportunity briefs to Marketing leadership.
• Collaborate with the content AI agent (once established) to ensure that SEO-optimized briefs are executed efficiently.
• Manage lead enrichment, routing, and lifecycle stage logic for all Marketing-sourced contacts entering HubSpot.
• Monitor and uphold the quality of MQL-to-SQL conversion data to guarantee accurate data handoff between Marketing and Sales teams.
• Work closely with Brian on the enrichment waterfall and establish data standards for Marketing-sourced contacts.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proficient in HubSpot, with experience in building marketing automation workflows, behavioral triggers, lifecycle stage logic, and basic reporting—beyond mere consumption.
• Experience in creating or managing email nurture programs that yield measurable engagement results (open rates, click rates, MQL conversions).
• Understanding of marketing attribution concepts and the capability to implement and maintain a consistent attribution model in HubSpot.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows or automation tools utilizing LLMs—having experimented with or deployed AI in a marketing or operational context.
• Proven ability to work independently on technical projects—able to take a requirement from a marketing stakeholder and execute without needing detailed guidance.
• Excellent written communication skills, capable of clearly summarizing analytical findings for a non-technical audience.
