
GTM Engineer – Low Code Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Create and manage low-code, automated revenue systems that translate buying signals into actions on a large scale.
• Develop automated outbound and lifecycle systems that substitute manual list-based prospecting with trigger-driven workflows.
• Design visual, multi-step workflows that link signal detection, data enrichment, and CRM orchestration.
• Construct enrichment workflows that add firmographic, role-based, and behavioral data to leads and accounts.
• Tailor CRM user interfaces, custom fields, and native automations to align with go-to-market (GTM) processes.
• Set up and oversee outreach sequences that facilitate personalized and scalable engagement.
• Connect GTM tools using low-code connectors and visual automation platforms.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in building GTM workflows utilizing low-code or no-code automation tools.
• Excellent proficiency with spreadsheets for data manipulation, enrichment, and segmentation.
• Direct experience in customizing CRMs and configuring native automations.
• Capability to convert GTM strategy into scalable, visual system designs.
• 3–6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or GTM Systems roles.
• Experience with enrichment and orchestration platforms (e.g., Clay or similar tools) is preferred.
• Knowledge of outbound sequencing tools (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, Outreach).
