This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop autonomous AI systems that research potential leads, generate personalized messages, and manage follow-up sequences at scale.
• Create complex lead scoring and enhancement pipelines utilizing various data providers and a waterfall enrichment approach.
• Build AI-driven personalization engines using LLMs for dynamic content creation across all touchpoints.
• Design intent-based trigger systems that automatically identify and respond to buying signals.
• Implement in-app and chat automations that assist users throughout their journey and capture expansion opportunities.
• Develop real-time dashboards to monitor pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and revenue efficiency metrics.
• Create predictive models aimed at preventing churn and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Establish automated lead routing logic that takes into account representative expertise, capacity, and historical performance.
• Develop customer lifecycle triggers that detect upsell opportunities and mitigate churn.
• Design and deploy a composable go-to-market architecture that connects tools within our revenue stack.
• Create event-driven workflows that react to buyer signals in real-time (e.g., pricing page visits trigger immediate enrichment and personalized outreach).
• Develop reusable automation patterns and maintain APIs.
• Over 5 years of experience in data, software engineering, revenue operations, or related technical roles within B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience in developing AI agents and systems.
• Expertise in complex workflow design (both software and no-code), API integrations, error handling, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with go-to-market data and systems: waterfall enrichment strategies, AI-driven research, CRM best practices, etc.
• Excellence in prompt engineering: Demonstrated ability to create effective prompts for AI content generation and automated research.
• Experience with RAG/vector databases: Building intelligent retrieval systems using platforms like Supabase, Pinecone, or similar.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/Python for custom automation logic and data manipulation.
• SQL expertise for advanced data analysis and reporting.
• REST API design and webhook management skills for custom integrations.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and real-time data processing.
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data quality management.
• In-depth knowledge of B2B buyer journeys and revenue metrics.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead projects effectively.
