GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• The GTM Engineering team is dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of our sales and marketing teams. This involves exploring how AI and automation can improve the quality and speed of our go-to-market efforts, rather than merely maintaining the status quo.

• Here are some methods we consider for this acceleration:

• - Leveraging AI to identify the most relevant accounts at optimal times based on behavioral and intent signals.

• - Streamlining the research, enrichment, and prioritization processes that currently hinder sellers’ productivity.

• - Developing audience and prospecting frameworks that enable marketing to execute campaigns more swiftly.

• - Ensuring the data our teams depend on is accurate, consistent, and actionable.

• This role encompasses both strategy and execution - you will assist in pinpointing the challenges worth addressing and subsequently create the solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Account Executive, or in any outbound-focused, quota-carrying role.

• At least 1 year in a leadership position in Enablement, Revenue/Sales Operations, or Sales Development.

• Practical experience in applying AI, automation, or APIs to real-world problems, with the ability to provide concrete examples.

• Proficiency in Salesforce – you possess substantial hands-on experience within a GTM context, including building reports and dashboards, managing data, supporting sales workflows, and understanding the impact of design decisions on seller experience and data quality. Admin-level experience or higher is required.

• Experience with Clay – you have utilized Clay for building enrichment tables, audience creations, AI columns, or multi-step workflows. Self-taught experience is acceptable, as long as you are adept with the tool and can quickly adapt to new use cases.

• Outbound fluency – you have a thorough understanding of the entire outbound process, from list building and enrichment to sequencing and conversion. You know what excellence looks like because you have experienced it firsthand.

• Familiarity with AI and automation tools – you regularly work with AI tools and know how to generate consistent, valuable outputs from them. You contemplate where automation can alleviate friction and have experience designing workflows based on that insight. Familiarity with tools like Zapier, n8n, or similar is a plus.

• Comfort with the GTM toolchain – you are adept at navigating a modern GTM stack. Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Nooks, Groove, Clari CoPilot, or ZoomInfo is expected. You know how to assess and utilize tools without overcomplicating processes.

• Strong communication skills – you can articulate what you developed, the reasons behind it, and its functionality to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and operations teams, making sound decisions accessible to those around you.
