This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and execute AI-driven workflows that enhance operational efficiency and automate repetitive business processes within the revenue organization.
• Create internal intelligence systems that provide actionable insights for Go-To-Market (GTM) leaders and operational teams.
• Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, Finance, and Data teams to devise scalable internal solutions.
• Construct and sustain the foundational workflows, integrations, and systems that support AI-enabled GTM operations.
• Serve as both a technical developer and strategic advisor in transforming business operations through AI.
• Assist in building scalable systems that convert raw GTM data into actionable business intelligence.
• Continuously seek opportunities to minimize manual tasks and enhance decision-making through AI and automation.
• 4–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Systems, Data Operations, or technical business operations roles.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce and GTM system architecture.
• Proven experience in constructing workflows, automations, and integrations across various business systems.
• Knowledge of APIs, SQL, Python, or workflow orchestration tools.
• Experience utilizing AI tools, LLM platforms, or AI automation frameworks in operational settings.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking approach.
• Ability to convert vague business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• High ownership mentality with the capacity to act swiftly in uncertain environments.
• Experience in developing internal AI tools or AI-assisted workflows (preferred).
• Familiarity with contemporary AI tooling ecosystems (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, vector databases, agent frameworks, etc.) (preferred).
• Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, Hex, or Sigma (preferred).
• Familiarity with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Marketo, or similar platforms (preferred).
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environments (preferred).
• Experience in operationalizing AI within business functions (preferred).
