GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Take charge of outbound campaigns for clients located in the US.

• Develop and enhance Clay workflows along with AI automation processes.

• Generate highly specific prospect lists and formulate outbound strategies.

• Evaluate and refine email content, targeting, and overall campaign effectiveness.

• Engage in direct communication with clients and deliver updates on campaign progress.

• Keep informed about the latest developments in GTM, AI, and outbound tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing outbound campaigns for US-based clients.

• Background in M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or other investment-centric clients.

• Prior experience with lead generation, outbound marketing, or GTM agencies.

• Familiarity with AI and GTM tools such as Clay, PlusVibe, Apollo, RB2B, BuiltWith, or equivalent platforms.

• Exceptional English communication abilities.

• Capable of handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.

• Proactive, organized, and dedicated to enhancing performance.

• Availability to work from 1 PM to 9 PM EET.
