This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +26 more states.
• Manage and continually enhance Salesforce, taking charge of user administration, custom objects, workflows, validation rules, permission sets, and reporting dashboards to ensure it serves as a dependable single source of truth.
• Oversee the entire GTM tool stack: keep an up-to-date inventory of all tools, manage vendor partnerships, monitor contract renewal dates, and offer data-informed suggestions regarding consolidation, expansion, or replacement.
• Create and implement new tool workflows and cross-system integrations that remove manual handoffs and boost efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Advocate for an AI-first strategy in GTM operations, proactively pinpointing opportunities to utilize LLMs, automation agents, and intelligent enrichment pipelines to minimize manual tasks and highlight actionable insights for revenue teams.
• Develop and sustain integrations across the GTM ecosystem (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, Spiff, Omni) using APIs, MCPs, native connectors, or iPaaS platforms to establish a high-fidelity, interconnected data environment.
• Document system configurations, workflow processes, and integration frameworks to ensure operational continuity and facilitate self-service for end users and business stakeholders, while also enabling AI automations and agents. Prioritize documentation to build context layers effectively.
• Collaborate with RevOps leadership and GTM stakeholders to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions, proactively identifying risks and uncovering opportunities before they escalate into issues.
• You will report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations and closely collaborate with senior team members and cross-functional GTM leaders.
• Over 5 years of experience in a GTM Engineering, RevOps Systems, or Salesforce Admin role within a rapidly growing B2B SaaS or marketplace setting.
• Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent practical expertise, with extensive knowledge of workflows, validation rules, permission sets, custom objects, and reporting.
• Proven AI-first mindset — a history of integrating LLMs, automation agents, or AI-enhanced enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, n8n, Gemini, Claude, or similar) into GTM processes to significantly reduce manual effort.
• Direct experience in managing a SaaS GTM tool stack, including tracking renewals, evaluating vendors, and conducting ROI assessments across tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, Spiff, or similar platforms.
• Strong technical skills in system integrations, including experience with connecting tools via REST APIs, native connectors, or iPaaS platforms like Zapier, Make, or Workato.
• A builder’s mentality and ownership mindset — you proactively identify challenges, architect scalable solutions from the ground up, and take pride in systems that others rely on effortlessly.
• Comfortable with building automations, debugging integrations, and working with APIs — while you don’t need to deploy production code daily, you can read documentation and utilize AI tools like Claude Code to address gaps quickly.
• Create AI agents and workflows that assist representatives in preparing for calls, automatically filling CRM data post-meetings, highlighting deal risk signals, and streamlining district research — delivering tools that representatives genuinely find useful.
