GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of HubSpot CRM and GTM Architecture - Act as the main administrator and strategic architect for our HubSpot CRM suite and integrated GTM tools (such as Clay, Fathom, Seamless.ai, etc.), creating strong integrations and scalable workflows that eliminate manual tasks and ensure smooth data flow across our revenue operations.

• Propel Revenue Operations and Analytics - Create comprehensive dashboards, reports, and attribution models that provide real-time insights into pipeline health and team performance. Utilize these tools to aid territory planning, enhance forecasting accuracy, and optimize quota modeling by systematically analyzing data and leveraging the latest capabilities of HubSpot.

• Spearhead Process Automation and Cross-Functional Enablement - Identify inefficiencies within systems and design automated solutions that enhance GTM team productivity. Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other cross-functional leaders regarding system optimization and strategic technology decisions. Keep thorough documentation for all workflows, configurations, and processes to guarantee effective knowledge transfer and scalable growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of practical experience in HubSpot CRM administration, including advanced automation, custom objects, reporting, and API integrations within a growth-stage SaaS environment.

• Highly skilled in HubSpot workflow automation, SQL querying, data analysis, and contemporary GTM tools, possessing the ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration or workflow issues independently. Demonstrates a structured approach to technology implementation, proactively identifying system vulnerabilities and executing effective risk mitigation strategies.

• Strategic systems thinker with a proven capacity to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions, strong cross-functional communication abilities, and a history of driving measurable business impacts through process optimization. Dedicated to producing clear, detailed workflow documentation as a standard practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy - You easily connect with diverse team members across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, recognizing that each team has distinct goals and operational styles. You are genuinely invested in helping others achieve success.
