GTM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute tailored outbound campaigns that appear handcrafted at scale, focusing on TA leaders within large enterprises.

• Take charge of our Content Engine: organizing webinars, writing blog posts, producing feature release videos, and maintaining consistent content for our community (you should be proactive and able to create these with the aid of available tools).

• Integrate and utilize AI tools (such as Clay, Zapier, Hubspot, Apollo, ChatGPT, etc.) to establish scalable systems for prospecting, nurturing, onboarding, and more.

• Manage and enhance our GTM stack, encompassing Hubspot (CRM), Canva, Figma, Webflow, Apollo, Make, Claude, Zapier, and other sales and marketing tools.

• Design A/B tests, monitor performance, and make quick adjustments based on real-time insights.

• Track essential GTM metrics and derive insights that facilitate smarter decision-making and accelerate growth.

• Assess new AI tools and automation platforms, incorporating the best options into our workflow.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to test hypotheses and drive growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Ops, Growth, Marketing, RevOps, Sales Engineering, or serving as Chief of Staff to GTM roles.

• A builder mindset — you enjoy connecting tools, resolving issues, and optimizing processes.

• Proven experience in startup or SMB tech environments where adaptability, uncertainty, and speed are crucial.

• A strong curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging AI tools and their potential to revolutionize GTM strategies.

• Practical experience with outbound campaigns and optimizing sales funnels.

• Solid understanding of CRMs, lead scoring, marketing automation, and pipeline management.

• Familiarity with SEO and LLM SEO.

• Additional points for experience with Hubspot, Make, Claude, Zapier, or similar platforms.
